1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or national holidays.

• During sales or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Delivery Time & Shipping Charges

• Standard Delivery: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch across Pakistan.

• Shipping Charges: A flat delivery fee of Rs. 200 applies to standard orders.

• Free Shipping: Free delivery is available on all orders above Rs. 3,000.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide for your convenience.

• Please ensure the exact amount is ready at the time of delivery.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message/email containing your Tracking ID to monitor your shipment status in real time.

5. Damaged or Delayed Shipments

• If your parcel appears damaged, opened, or tampered with upon arrival, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

• Delays caused by unforeseen weather conditions or courier service disruptions are beyond our control, but we will assist you in resolving any tracking issues.
